ONE Environmental Group continues to expand its geographic footprint within the environmental consulting industry. Environmental Consultant Elli Woodward recently relocated from Charlotte, North Carolina to Denver, Colorado, a transition that further extends ONE’s presence in the western United States.

Elli brings expertise in the following sectors:

• Industrial environmental compliance in all media, including Storm Water Pollution Prevention Planning (SWPPP) and Spill Prevention, Control & Countermeasure (SPCC) plan preparation and implementation, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permitting, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance.

• Commercial due diligence settings, including Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, Brownfields development projects, and site remediation.

Elli holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With experience in commercial stormwater management prior to joining ONE in October 2021, she has since supported clients in metals recycling, waste management, automotive manufacturing, wood products, and real estate industries.

The North Carolinian delights in her new home, a unique mix that combines the bustle of urban energy with the beauty of the nearby Rocky Mountains. She has settled just off of Colfax Avenue, the longest commercial street in the nation at 26.5 miles.

“Denver offers opportunities to engage with community building, explore the outdoors, and experience the arts,” she said. As a live music-lover, she feels fortunate to have so many historic theatres and venues close to home.
