Stephen Robinson
Environmental Consultant
Midlothian, Virginia native Stephen Robinson joined the ONE Environmental Mid Atlantic team as an Environmental Consultant with a wealth of field work experience including plant identification, wetland delineations, soil analysis, and field measurements. He is a proud alumnus of Virginia Tech’s College of Natural Resources and Environment.
Previously, Stephen served as an Environmental Consultant at WSP, with a particular focus on assisting utility company employees and contractors, inspecting and monitoring demolition site activities, and other responsibilities. He is especially skilled in erosion and sediment control (ESC) inspections and helping clients identify Best Management Practice (BMP) solutions as needed. Stephen also frequently performs well water sampling in support of Oil Discharge Contingency Plan (ODCP) requirements.
Stephen holds dual Inspector and Responsible Land Disturber credentials with the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and has completed HAZWOPER 40 Hour training.
“ONE Environmental has a very friendly, welcoming, and helpful culture,” said Stephen. “The work is also great and always interesting, providing a lot of different avenues for getting experience.”
Stephen currently resides in Richmond’s Museum District, soaking in the history and culture of Virginia’s capital city. Away from the office, Stephen is an avid video gamer and enjoys mountain biking, among other activities. Soccer and track were two of his sports growing up.
He also enjoys traveling and has fond memories of trip to Belize with his fiancé during the summer of 2023. The couple plans to get married in May of 2025.
