ONE Environmental Group announced the successful acquisition of Deyo and Associates, an environmental consulting firm specializing in air and hazardous waste compliance and permitting. This strategic move further strengthens ONE Environmental’s position in the industry and broadens its range of solutions to better serve clients’ evolving needs.

Founded in 2009, ONE Environmental provides a variety of environmental consulting and industrial services to commercial, industrial, and government clients nationwide, helping them meet complex compliance and regulatory requirements. ONE has nine offices in four states in the Mid-Atlantic and personnel based in other locations across the country.

Deyo and Associates, founded in 2001, is headquartered in Glen Allen, Virginia and has been providing permitting and compliance services to clients located throughout the east coast, from Maine to Trinidad for the last 22 years.

The recently completed acquisition extends ONE Environmental’s capabilities to include multimedia environmental permitting, compliance, and auditing services for several types of industries, including, but not limited to, cement manufacturing, hazardous waste management and combustor facilities, wood products manufacturing, ammonia manufacturing, and other construction sector industries such as concrete manufacturing and nonmetallic mineral mining and quarrying operations.

The firm also gains additional expertise related to Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Clean Water Act (CWA), and the Clean Air Act (CAA) permit application submissions, and the development and implementation of multimedia environmental compliance programs.
