Amy Stephens, who joined ONE Environmental Group in 2015, enjoys being part of a company that embodies teamwork.

“There’s no one left behind here,” she says. “We look out for each other. We work as one.”

The Carrsville native previously worked for a private accounting firm in Smithfield and prior to that, spent a decade on the assembly line at the Ford plant in Norfolk.

She took multiple businesses classes at Christopher Newport University after graduating from Windsor High School.

Amy enjoys everything about beach living and travels often to “anywhere that’s hot and sunny.”

The Ivor resident has two adult children, Brandon and Brittany.
